Our management team is made up of Civil and Industrial Engineers, Building and Construction Specialists, Procurement and other Administrative professionals. The supervisory staff that provide the expertise in the field consist of qualified, experienced supervisors, inspectors, and foremen, giving the company a varied combined experience in international consulting and construction.
The company has made a commitment to staff development and empowers its most-able field staff through on-the-job training under seasoned trades people. Maintaining our people’s technical and management skills enables us to execute our duties and responsibilities confidently.
Our aim is to stay relevant in our ever changing market and to complete all projects to the client’s full satisfaction. The company also encourages development and promotion from within. Quinn Company is headed by naturalized Grenadian, Mike Quinn, a licensed Professional Engineer in the U.S.A. and a member of the American Society of Professional Engineers (ASCE) and the Grenada Institute of Professional Engineers (GIPE). Mike leads the company with over thirty-five years’ experience in facilities and civil engineering design as well as construction supervision. He has worked in the U.S., South Korea, Grenada and the wider Caribbean.
As Quinn Company’s Administrative and Financial Director, Julie Quinn offers the company over twenty-five years’ experience in the construction industry on projects in the U. S., Grenada and the Caribbean. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture and her background includes experience in Interior Space Planning, Landscape Design and Construction Supervision as well as business administration.
Engineering and Construction Management
In addition to the Managing Director, Quinn Company employs seven other engineers/architects with varied ranges of experience (locally and internationally) both in Civil and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) skills. These professionals ensure that our projects receive technical oversight and maintain the quality control and technical capability that we are known for.
Quinn Company has two professionals with Quantity Surveying credentials and experience on staff who manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
Administrative and Management Staff
There are four senior staff members hired in management positions that possess certified accounting and MBA degrees in business and management. These positions give oversight and support to the overall business operation from an accounting and management perspective.
