The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) awarded the contract to QuinnCo for construction of their new headquarters on Lucas Street, St. George's. This three-story, 30,000 square foot facility includes reception and cashier areas, offices, a vault, restrooms, and an elevator. The ground floor serves customer service functions, while administrative offices  and conference room occupy the upper levels.

Built on a sloped site, the project required significant external works to ensure stability and functionality. These works included extensive excavation and earthmoving operations, the construction of retaining walls, paved areas, parking, and essential utility infrastructure to service the building.
